Third person needed for friendly flat-share

Myself and Aidan met in a large houseshare a few months ago and decided to move out together with one other person to find somewhere a bit more homely and affordable. We've found a nice 3-bed flat in a good location but unfortunately our third person just got a new job and is no longer able to move in with us. We both had our hearts set on this flat so would love to find someone to replace them.

I would like to stress that we dont yet rent the property, it is still on the market, so this ad is a bit time sensitive as we would need to find someone soon enough to make an offer on the property before it goes off the market.

The property has 3 roughly equal sized double-rooms, one of which has an en-suite (were more than happy for you to have first pick of the rooms so its yours if you want it). Its also an unfurnished property - we both have some furniture that we can bring to furnish the shared spaces and anything else we're sure we can find for very cheap secondhand. Please dont let this put you off, were both very happy to help you find furniture before you move if and take the burden off you!
