We are looking for a lodger to live in our bright & sunny room on the ground floor of our home. The room is equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave plus use of the kitchen is also possible. There’s a WC in the ground floor and family bathroom on the 1st floor. Situated 7 mins walk to Mill Rd and the train station. 20/25 mins walk to Addenbrooks and the City Centre. We are a relaxed and sociable household, but also like our quiet time and space. The room would be suited to someone who is office based or usually out during the day. All ages are welcome to apply.
