Spacious double room available in a friendly 4-person houseshare on Sedgwick Street, just off the vibrant Mill Road and a short walk from the train station and shops. Available from 1st November 2026.

The room comes fully furnished: double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobes, a desk and chair, bookshelf, an extra table, a chest of drawers, and shutter curtains.

The house itself has a cosy shared living room, a large kitchen, a large bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), a separate upstairs toilet, and a big garden to enjoy in the summer.

You'd be joining one guy and two girls, mostly later-year PhD students and working professionals. We're a social, international household who like to hang out together for a movie or a drink, but where everyone also values their own space and downtime.
