Hello!

We're three flatmates living together in a spacious, furnished house just off Hills Road, very close to the Biomedical Campus. After four wonderful years here, two of us are moving out at the end of October, and we're looking for two friendly, responsible flatmates to join the remaining flatmate from November 2026 onward. We're hoping to find people interested in a long-term arrangement.

About the House:
- Large, bright property with a fantastic garden
- Quiet residential area with parking available for one car
- Fully furnished, including beds, wardrobes, and desk space in each room

The Rooms:
- Two double bedrooms, both very bright and comfortable. Each comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and enough space for a desk if you need it

Rent: £770
Council Tax (Band E): ~£100
Utilities/Bills: ~£50
WiFi: £10

About Us: The flatmate staying on is a young professional working in Science Communications at the Wellcome Genome Campus. She's super friendly and caring, and we're hoping to find two similarly easy-going, respectful people to round out the household.
