Room available from the 30th September 2026 with minimum of 12 month tenancy. Looking for 4th female to share house with 3 current female tenants. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Monthly rent of £440 (Rent includes council tax, water bill, wifi broadband, weekly cleaner for common areas and gardening).
In addition, tenant will pay for electricity bill (Currently approx. £20 per person per month) and gas bill currently averaging £30 per person per month (higher in winter, lower in summer).
Deposit of £500 required. Deposit will be held by the Deposit Protection Service until the end of the tenancy.
There is storage for a bicycle in the garden shed.
The room is for single occupancy, female 25-45, working or student (Masters/PHD), non-smokers only. Sorry no pets.
