The room

The flat will soon be up for sale, with the aim of completing before September 2027, I'm looking for a tenant in the meantime, ideally for the full period but at least for the next six months.

I'm a trans woman, please do not contact if that's an issue.

The flat is currently me and the cat, the room was previously occupied by friends around a year ago. The room includes a double bed (Duvan, two draw underneath), desk, chair and wardrobe. Bedding except a duvet is provided.

The lounge/kitchen area is shared, I work from home so am often in there working, and is also where the cat mostly lives. The kitchen is ample and well provisioned, I do quite a bit of cooking. i'm vegan, vegan housemates are preferred but it's not a requirement.

Couples are welcome but do be aware it's a small room (previous occupants were a couple and made it work okay), smokers are welcome (we have a balcony), pets are in theory welcome but would need to get on with the cat, she's much happier with other humans than animals as a rule.

Pictures included are a couple of years old now but are reasonably representative of the flat, the cat has somewhat destroyed the living room carpet but that'll be replaced soon. The main difference in the bedroom, that would be yours, is there is now a large computer chair, the set of draws on the desk is no longer in there, and the curtains have been replaced with blackout ones.

Council tax band A, you are responsible for your half of council tax, all other bills included.
