Double room in the north of Cambridge

The room is big, 6x3m approx. It has a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. The room looks to the back of the house, its garden and a small park.
The house has two parking spots, a big living room, a small kitchen, two storage rooms, a cute garden and two toilets (but only one bathtub). There's a garage for bikes at the front and a convinient store and post office just accross the road.
There's a cleaner coming twice a month but I'm looking for a tidy housemate that cleans after themselves.
I prefer not remote workers or 2 days a week max. working from home.
Bonus points: There are 2.5 fridges I bearly use, an arcade machine and I spend around 3 nights a week out of the house.
