My housemate is relocating for work so I'm looking for a new housemate for a two bed flat in Eddington!

The room is unfurnished, but comes with an ensuite, a wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk and double bed.

The flat has a joint kitchen/living room, already furnished - see pictures.

The flat also has:

- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Free parking
- Secure bike storage

**The Flat**

You'll be sharing with myself, working professional into sport, travel, etc.

I like to keep the place tidy, have a chat, and always up for making plans when free - equally enjoy my downtime.

Looking for someone social, tidy and easy-going, happy to share the flat and respect each other's personal space.

The flat is just outside Eddington

- 10min walk/5min bike to Eddington centre (Cafe's, Sainsburys, etc)
- 20min walk/10min bike to Cambridge West Site
- 30min walk/10min bike to Cambridge centre
- 50min walk/15min bike to Cambridge train station

**Rent & bills**

- Deposit: £894
- Rent: £792.50pm
- Utility bills (water, electric, gas, council tax, wifi) approx. £190pm each
