Hello,
We have a room available for an official move in date of end of Oct OR anyone who wants to move in asap if they want to sort the documents after.
It is £350 a month plus bills on top, bills seem to be around £150.
There is a large garden, parking available, space in the loft and the living room and kitchen are of a fantastic size each and fully furnished.
There is a couple who lives here and myself, I am rarely home myself and the couple tend to keep to their rooms as they have a few between them.
We dont think you will see a better value for a room of this size, in this location and with what is offered. More than happy to show anyone around the room and house.
