We’ve just launched a newly refurbished, high spec shared house in Orchard Park, CB4. It’s been through a complete refurbishment and every part of it is new. The aim was a home that feels modern, calm and properly thought out, for professionals who want somewhere good to live rather than somewhere to put up with.

All six rooms are available now.

Your rent is the only thing you pay. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi are all included. One payment, nothing else.

Every room is fully furnished with brand new furniture: double bed, wardrobe, desk and a 43 inch smart TV. Each room has its own heating controls, and the plumbing is new throughout, so hot water pressure is strong in every room.

The kitchen is on the ground floor, with a double oven, microwave and everything else you need to cook properly. There’s off street parking.

The rooms

Room 1. Double room. The bathroom is shared with one other room only and has a key code on the door, so nobody else in the house can use it.

Room 2. Large double with its own private garden, which no other tenant has access to. It also has a kitchenette with tea making facilities, and shares the key coded bathroom with Room 1.

Room 3. Spacious double with an en suite that has both a bath and a shower.

Room 4. Large double with an en suite.

Room 5. The biggest room in the house at 24m², with its own en suite and a Juliet balcony.

Room 6. A very large double at 22m², with its own en suite.

Location

Orchard Park sits next to the Science Park, about a mile away, a short walk or an even shorter cycle. The Guided Busway and the A14 are on the doorstep, Cambridge North station is close by, and the city centre is a short bus ride. Tesco and the local takeaways are a 30 second walk from the front door.
