The room in question

Spacious room in a four-person house on Suez Road, at the Romsey end of Mill Road in Cambridge. The Mill Road cafes and shops are a couple of minutes' walk, the station is about fifteen minutes on foot and the centre is a short cycle.

You'd be living with Joe, Darcey and a third person (as current housemate Gaurev is also flying the nest). As it stands all the housemates are lovely and get along well. We're in our mid-20s to early 30s. Joe works in med tech and Darcey works in events. Students are welcome, and we're looking for someone LGBT-friendly.

The room is ground floor, fully furnished. There's a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a garden with ample space for bike storage. On street parking is available, no permit required.

The room is £725 per month, bills are another £150. Deposit is £780.61. Council tax band C

We're looking for someone to move into this room mid-December! The agent runs standard referencing.
