Double Room with own Bathroom

Hey,

I’m looking for a potential flat mate to buddy up and take on this amazing 1st floor 2-bed flat in Trumpington, as my current flatmate is leaving end of November.

You would have a double room and your own large bathroom, and then we would share the open-plan kitchen and living room space together, which also has access to a balcony.

We would take on the flat together as a joint tenancy agreement and split the rent and bills equally between the two of us. Current estimation on all bills would be around £150 per month per person (water, electricity, WIFI, council tax (band C)).

It’s a lovely, quiet residential area, with great transport links to the Biomedical Campus and the city centre. Perfect for a young working professional.

I am looking for someone who is kind, friendly, and up for socialising after work, but also someone who is respectful of each other’s space and downtime. Also, someone who is clean and considerate for the shared areas.

Please note that the bedroom is unfurnished. I’d be looking to get furniture for the living room and we could share kitchen stuff etc.
