Hi, I’m offering one bedroom in a bright flat that is ideal for two people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it is a short walk from the train station and close to trains station and Hills road.

I am offering one bed room, for a short term period of 3 to 4 months. The room is available now, I am interested in someone that stays for sure December and January, since during this months I'll be away and I'll prioritise if you'll up to stay during this months.

Rent: £900 per month, plus energy bills. Energy is usually around £50 per person per month. From January or February, the council tax may need adjusting, as the flat may no longer qualify for the single occupancy discount.

The flat includes: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a parking space. Basic homeware is also provided.

The room: a bed and a fitted wardrobe.

About me: I work for a European institute on a hybrid schedule, so I’m at home some days and in the office on others. I like to keep the space tidy, and I’m easy-going and sociable.
