Room with private bathroom and entrance

I am looking for a housemate to share this lovely apartment with. It is located in the city centre, a 2-mins walk from the Grafton centre and 5-mins from some great restaurants on Mill Road. It’s fully furnished to a high standard with double glazed windows, underfloor heating, bike shed and car parking space.

The double room available is bright and spacious: double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with mirrors. Plus, you will have your own private bathroom and entrance to the house that I never use. This will be your private portion of the house!

You’ll share with me the kitchen and living room, which are modern spaces.

I work at Addenbrooke’s and spends a good proportion of my time working. We would like to find someone sociable, tidy and clean, who can enjoy an occasional meal together. We will share the housekeeping duties.

The bills (including council tax) range from £150-250 per month depending on the time of year.
