The shared garden offers lawn, mature planting and seating areas, including a picnic bench. Cycle racks provide a handy place to keep your bike.

Room 1 offers much more than somewhere to sleep. This particularly spacious double has a distinct sitting area with its own sofa, giving you room to relax away from your bed.

Glazed garden-facing doors bring natural light into the sitting area, while the bedroom includes a wooden double bed, generous sliding-door wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
