The Space

Looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful, bright, and spacious three-bedroom house.

• Your Room: A generous, spacious double bedroom. It can come furnished or unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things.

• Early Move-In Available: Because we have a spare third bedroom, you are welcome to move in early while your main room is being prepared.

• The House: You will have access to a double living room with plenty of space to relax, a large kitchen, and a private garden perfect for warmer days.

• Bonus Room: The third bedroom is currently set up as a guest room, but since it is rarely used, we can easily reconfigure it into whatever you might need (a home office, a creative studio, or extra storage).

About Me & House Vibe

I am an art professor (originally from Paris) teaching during the day. My schedule keeps me quite busy: I am often at conferences or out in the evenings, I spend my weekends in Felixstowe, and during the school holidays (roughly every 6 weeks), I head out to the French mountains. Because I rarely cook and am away so frequently, you will very often have the entire house completely to yourself to enjoy.

That being said, I love building a warm, friendly home. In the past, I have always become great friends with my flatmates, so I am looking for someone who enjoys a catch-up around a coffee or a glass or wine, while also appreciating their own independent space.

The Resident Dog 🐾

The house is also shared with my 12-year-old dog. She is extremely friendly, very calm nowadays, and completely attached to my hip, so she is always with me when I am out or travelling and even can comes with me to work.
