Lovely 1 bed appartment in the heart of Mill road

My name is Chloe and I'm subletting my lovely place on Mill road. For a starter, the place will be available from the third week of November until the end of January for a sublet. If you like the place, we can also discuss passing the contract onto to you!

The price include all bills and amenities! Electricity, water bill, internet and council tax.

The place is at the end of a lovely road, off Mill road, Cambridge’s most vibrant, multicultural and independent high street. There is a Co-op, a pharmacy and plenty of shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk from the place, which is also a few minutes from Parker's piece and 10 min to the city center.

It has one room which is separate from the rest of the appartment, which gives into a lovely garden that is shared with the lovely people in the neighbouring house (both houses are owned by the same landlord). It has its own toilet and a kitchen/sitting room with washign machine, fridge, independent freezer and a dining table with a few chairs. There are two desks in the bedroom, which can be moved at will. As it is at the end of the street, it is extremely calm as opposed to being directly on Mill road. The garden is lush, green and spacious enough to be on your own or with a few friends.
