3-month let in lovely Chesterton house share

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I'm doing a research placement in Germany for 3 months from December to February (possibly March as well). It's a double room on the first floor with view of our garden and a small walk-in closet. The house is really spacious with loads of communal space on the ground floor including a large and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
You would be sharing the house with 3 other people, a PhD student, a postdoc and a professional. Everyone's quite active (hobbies include running, climbing, cycling and swimming) but we also really like to spend time together, watch TV or cook.
The house is located in west Chesterton with a nice cafe just 50m away and a few pubs nearby. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to Midsummer Common, and there's a small shop on the corner.
