I am looking for someone to take over my Gold studio at The Railyard, Telford accommodation in Cambridge, available from 1st December 2026 until 28th August 2027. There may also be the possibility to extend your contract beyond this date if you would like to stay longer.

The studio is fully furnished and offers a comfortable, private living space. It includes:
• A comfortable double bed
• Private en-suite bathroom with shower
• Fully fitted kitchenette with hob, fridge/freezer and microwave
• Desk and chair, ideal for studying or working
• Smart TV
• Plenty of storage space, including wardrobe and storage underneath the bed
• Kettle and toaster

The Railyard is conveniently located close to Cambridge railway station and within walking or cycling distance of the city centre. The accommodation also offers a range of shared facilities, including:

• Common room and social spaces
• Secure bicycle parking
• 24-hour security
• Lift access

• Available from: 1st December 2026
• Contract until: 28th August 2027
• Potential to extend if desired
• Rent: £310 per week

The studio is for single occupancy and is available to current students at the University of Cambridge or Anglia Ruskin University.
