CB1 Single Room 460 pounds including all bills

One furnished small single room will be available in a clean and quiet house at CB1 on 25 June 2026. It is more a family-oriented with a garden at the back. Kitchen, living room and dinning room are on the ground floor. Free off road park. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with two Portgual students at ARU and one male doctor at the University of Cambridge and they are nice, quiet and friendly. Sainsbury is 3 minutes walk and ASDA is also within walking distance. Gym is 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes walk to Grafton Centre and 30 minutes walk to the train station and 32 minutes to the city centre. Brookfields hospital is about 10 minutes walk. Buses are frequent to the city centre. 460 pounds per month including all utilities, use of washer/dryer and all bills, internet and TV license. Landlord will pay the council tax. The surrounding areas are nice and chill community. Very friendly neighbour, quiet and very safe area. If you need the previous tenant's reference letter about the landlady, I can forward the email to you. One reference letter from the previous landlord is requested. We need to see the students ID or employment letter. You can visit the house during weekend, not weekdays since others are working. (It is the only available time for the current tenants to show you the room). We prefer a nice, quiet, clean and friendly and no smoking tenant.. The other tenants would like to meet you and see whether they could get on good term with you. They will decide whether you would be welcome to join this small family community! They prefer a long term roommate since the rest of them have been living in this house for 3-5 years. Thank you for your understanding! So 3 rooms, 4 people in total and 1 week each person cleans the shared areas.
