We have 1 double room available now in a house share, in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Chesterton area of Cambridge. It is Room 1 on the plan, downstairs front. It is a 3 person house. You will be sharing only with 2 pther people so it more exclusive than living with multiple people.. There is also a 4th small bedroom that is ideal for a study or office if you work from home. There is also 2 car parking spaces on the front drive with is very rare in Cambridge

There are only be 3 housemates in total so it's a nice, quiet and friendly house. We only let to professionals, mostly in their mid-twenties, who are good and considerate housemates. It is not a bedsit arrangement – there’s no locks on doors or sinks in rooms. This is a nice, friendly shared house where everyone gets on well.

All the rooms will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk if required. There is off-road car parking at the front of the house and lots of secure bike parking. Included in your rent are all bills, council tax, Superfast 900mbps WiFi, TV license, weekly cleaning of the common rooms and a monthly gardening service. So, you’ve got no costs other than your rent.

Chesterton is a lovely area. It’s just by the River Cam and there’s two great pubs, as well as takeaways and shops. There’s also a Tesco Express very nearby and a big Tesco a short walk away on the other side of the river.

A bit about you:
Please send us a message if you’re a professional non-smoker and are able to start the tenancy in the next couple of weeks stay for a minimum six months (preferably a year). The rooms are only available to singles, we can’t let to a couple as maximum occupancy for the house is four.

A bit about us:
We are a married couple - Ed and Vicky. Ed runs a building company and we also manage similar shared houses around the City. We don't use lettings agents, so we've no fees and you can always contact one of us directly. We've been letting houses in Cambridge for nearly 10 years so have loads of experience of what works well.
