Spacious loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom

The garden

I am looking for a new lodger to share my home. I have 3 friendly cats and one lovely rescue dog so I am looking for someone who is comfortable around animals and, importantly, doesn’t have any pet allergies.

The house has been renovated and extended and is decorated to a high standard throughout. The loft bedroom is light, airy and warm and contains a double bed, desk, bedside tables, chest of drawers, book case, comfy chair, 22 inch TV with Freeview and clothes rail. The ensuite bathroom consists of toilet, wash hand basin and shower.

The kitchen / diner is bright and modern with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.. There is a large table in the kitchen and tenants are welcome to eat there. A cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the house.

There is also a very pretty garden with 2 patios for sitting outside in the better weather.

I am looking for a female tenant who is friendly and considerate and would welcome either a graduate student or professional. The room is available from 1 October 2026.
