The house is in North Cambridge and is a
great location for the Science & Business Parks, Central Cambridge and easy access to the A14 & West Cambridge sites.
The location is a safe cul de sac with both on and off street parking.

The bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate dedecated bathroom - all other tenants have their own ensuites. The spacious lounge and kitchen are shared.
All rooms finished to a good standard.
There is a pleasant garden.

Utilities (gas, electric, water) currently average about £45 a month over a year.
Heating is controlled by Tado app so each room can be individually heated to the tenants preferred temperature and to reduce costs, other rooms can be turned off when not in use.

Wi fi and council tax (band C) are included and payed by landlord..

The existing 3 housemates aged 22-29 (are female) are professionals or work studying PHD, easy to get on with and looking for similar person to share the house with. They are social and share the nice large lounge whilst respecting the other house mates privacy.
