There is a small co-op shop an about thirty seconds from us for any quick food and it takes a 13 min cycle to get to the city centre or10 min to ARU and Grafton centre.

This single room on the ground floor has a single bed, chair and a two door wardrobe, a newly sink and shower . The toilet is on the first floor 3 housemates to share. Two fully equipped good size kitchen and a small dining room. We have a large garden in the back. This room is £700 per months including bills and Wifi. A professional cleaner comes every second week to do the communal areas . Other tenants currently residing in the house include one male university student and two female professional.
