Our home is a large and lovely Victorian town house, set behind wrought iron railings, it looks quite imposing. We love living here and it is a really happy home.

Sadly, we are losing our lovely lodger of 18 months, as his job contract has ended. It has been a great experience, so here we again.

For rent is a gorgeous and beautifully comfortable room, with double bed, clothes hanging area, chest of drawers, etc, all in a sort of vintage style. Exclusive use of your own private bathroom, and kitchen area, just outside your room. The pictures don't really do it justice.

A mixed, warm and friendly household and one other Monday to Friday lodger. It is a busy household, but is always quiet after 9pm.

Whilst we are really warm and friendly, we also appreciate our space and privacy, so are looking for a lodger that wants that too.

We also know how hard you work, so your room will be cleaned for you on a weekly basis, along with your bed linen and towels, which we provide, which will be washed as you require. I also do all of your washing up!

We want you to be happy, relaxed and comfortable, so we try to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

Monday- Friday only.

The house is in North Cambridge. It is a fantastic location and is very close to the Science and Business parks. It's a 10 mins cycle ride into the town centre and the nearest local shops are a few yards away. The ‘old’ station is a 20 min cycle ride, but Cambridge North station is only 10 minutes away.
