The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, washing machine (which has a large quiet drum), multiple large fridge freezers, electric fan-assisted oven and gas cooker hob. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is a separate downstairs water closet.

I would prefer to have a tenant that wants the room for more than three months, say six months or a year.

The house is warmed with central heating and this gives almost instant hot water. There is also double glazing, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation to keep the house comfy.

There are no extra bills - no need to sign up to long term utility contracts. The rent covers the cost of internet, gas, electricity, insurance, water rates and council tax (band D).

There are drying facilities in an airing cupboard and outside, there is a rotary clothes drying frame.

The actual location as displayed on the Spareroom. co. uk generated map is inaccurate by about 30m. The map and pictures that are part of the advert that I have provided are more accurate.

15 min. cycle to the train station.
15 min. cycle to Addenbrookes hospital.

The local bus stop is at the bottom of Mill Road.
