The room is of really great size! It is bigger than seems from the picture. Its fully furnished: double bed, sofa, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The house is 15 min cycling to the city centre, 5 min to Addenbrookes hospital, LMB, ARM, 10 min to the train station or the Science Park. Close to the local convenience store. The house has a good size kitchen with all appliances: 2 fridge/freezers, electric cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, microwave oven, good sized common lounge and dinning area. There is a large lawned back garden and patio with secure covered storage space for bikes. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, one with bath/shower and bidet.
We are looking for a nice and clean person (professional/postdoc/PhD). We like to share kitchen chats, have meals together, make BBQs etc. There is plenty of space in the garden for planting veg/flowers, if you like it. Great if you are into healthy lifestyle, running, yoga etc. You will be sharing it with 3 other nice professionals :).
The price is 545£ + bills 115£.
