All rooms have easy access to washing facilities (4 toilets, 3 showers 1 bath), some allocated washrooms, one en-suite. Next to the kitchen there is a comfortable eating and sitting room. The kitchen has specific cupboards for each tenant, plus washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, second fridge, microwave, gas hob & gas central heating. Plus tall multi-drawer freezer in garage (at least 1 whole drawer each).

The house has very high speed fibre broadband ( 1 Gigabit per sec, symmetric, 9ms ping, unlimited b/w, ), with wifi to all rooms, which is included in the rent along with all utility bills (water, electric, gas and council tax)

There is lockable street-access cycle storage in the garage. There is plenty of non-permit parking for cars.

Back garden with patio and summer garden set as well as washing line.

Rooms sizes from medium to large - all with wardrobe, desk, double bed, optional shelves etc. (there is a degree of flexibility on furniture choice - if you need extra let me know) Each room has a radiator., & double glazed windows.

Council-tax band is D (this is irrelevant because it's included in the rent like all the other bills, but Spareroom insist it has to be in the ad!)
