Ware looking for a male or female professional in his/her 20s or 30s (no students or couples) to share a house with us. We are a mixed gender household of professionals in our 20s and 30s.

The house is located off Cherry Hinton Road, near Addenbrooke's Hospital. It is only 3 minutes from a bus stop (City 2 and 3), and 15 minutes from the city center by bike.

This fully furnished double room includes a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, office desk etc. The shared kitchen is equipped with the usual white goods, including a dishwasher and microwave. Besides that, the house provides a living room, a bathroom and an additional lavatory. Behind it are a small garden and a tool shed. The area itself is slightly secluded and offers ample space for parking.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and council tax), tv license and fiber internet. There is a one month deposit and the contract is 6 months rolling.
