Short term Double room in family home for female

First month £600 if staying for 3 months +. Thereafter £770. Short term let 1-5 months from 1st March for a female lodger. We have a large ground floor Bright Double bedroom, excellent location in a modern home, available from end of Feb. The bedroom has been recently re decorated Good size family bathroom. Note the bedroom is awaiting furniture, so photo not totally accurate.

In addition to a large open plan kitchen space, there is a small cloakroom/washroom downstairs.

The room is of a good size, comfortable and warm. There is an armchair, tv,
, hanging rail and a single bed. Use of washing machine, newly built kitchen and wifi available. All bills included. Property is a 10 minute walk to the train station, close to the city centre (1 mile) and Addenbrookes Hospital is a 10 minute cycle ride.
