We are looking for a lodger in our home.
We offer large double bed room and an opportunity to live in a very homely house with an open plan dining/living space, a private garden facing fields and street parking.

About the house:
--- The house is semidetached, in a very quiet street. There are two double-bed rooms and 1 single-bed room all in second floor. The shower room has a bath (with a shower option) and a separate walk in shower (with an electric shower). The house is in the process of being freshly decorated .

3.00m x 3.5 m with Double Bed, Desk and office chair, large wardrobe and a large window with a view to the fields .

We are live out landlords but stay one night every 6 week at the annex in the garden. We maintain the house and make sure to repair what is needed and that is the reason for our stay every 6 weeks.
