Furnished Rooms in Good Location

Welcome

Three bedroomed property with double and single room available. It includes all bills, wireless internet.

The rooms are single occupancy only, no couples. It is furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

The property has a large bathroom with bath and separate, thermostatically controlled power shower. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a fan oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. You will have your own allocated storage space. Breakfast bar, dinning area and lounge. There is a small, sunny balcony.

The property is in a great location, with quick assess to the A14, M11, and the 'West Cambridge site'. The center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance and the nearest bus stop is at the end of the road. There are supermarkets close by. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two others.

While I can't offer off street parking the road is quiet and you will always find a space close by. There is plenty of room for a cycle.
