The house is in an excellent location off Mill Road and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I am looking for a responsible, quiet and independent lodger who is in need of either a short-term let until January 2027 or longer (up to one year or more), if interested. Non smokers. VIsiting students and post docs are welcome as long as they are responsible, quiet and respectful. Ten minutes to the centre of town - excellent location. References required. There is also a cat who lives here too! Very friendly and good company. Very cheap bike let is also possible if needed.
