After two happy years my dear lodger has had to go home to Turkey.
I am looking for short term occupants now. Maybe somewhere to land in Cambridge while you find your forever home?
I have annexed part of my beautiful home to make separate space for a lodger or two. The house is in the perfect location -central, quiet and leafy with all amenities just moments away.
The rooms and bathroom are on the upper floors giving peace and privacy. A good double bed, recently re-decorated and fully furnished. A cleaner comes regularly.
On the ground floor -separate from my own kitchen- is your sit-in kitchenette. It is well equipped with microwave oven, air fryer and single hob, fridge/freezer. There's small patio area. Furthermore a large private downstairs living room.
I am looking essentially for a quiet atmosphere - not for the party person. Nor for their partners.
The price includes a direct contribution to bills and broadband.
Please note I have one small, old dog - so please do not apply if you don't like dogs. Not that you'll see her much. Or me!
