The room and bathroom are on the top and first floor giving peace and privacy. It is double, recently re-decorated and fully furnished. A cleaner comes every fortnight.
On the ground floor -separate from my own kitchen- is your sit-in kitchenette. This is shared with one other who is in Cambridge Monday- Friday only. It is well equipped with microwave oven, air fryer and single hob, fridge/freezer.
I am looking for a quiet lodger as this is a peaceful, quiet house - not for the party person.
The price includes all bills and broadband.
Please note I have one small dog - so please do not apply if you don't like dogs.
This is not suitable for someone who works at home.
