I have annexed part of my lovely home to make space for a lodger. The house is in the perfect location -central, quiet and leafy with all amenities just moments away. My current lodger has just rung me from holiday to say he’s devastated to have to leave after 18 months, and that this has been his best over lodging! The photos are of a smaller room as I won’t intrude on his privacy and go into his room in his absence to take photos! From next Tuesday it will be available to view.
The room and bathroom are on the top floor giving peace and privacy. It is good double, recently re-decorated and fully furnished. A cleaner comes every fortnight.

On the ground floor -separate from my own kitchen- is your sit-in kitchenette. It is well equipped with microwave oven, air fryer and single hob, fridge/freezer. There's small patio area. Furthermore a large private downstairs living room.

I am looking for a quiet lodger as this is a peaceful, quiet house - not for the party person.

The price includes a contribution to bills and broadband.

Please note I have one small, old dog - so please do not apply if you don't like dogs.
