Double room in Cambridge townhouse CB1

We have one double room available from the 27th October in our shared house located in a quiet, residential area in Cambridge (CB1). The room is fully furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair (the pictured bedside table and bookshelf are not included). The room shares a bathroom, located on the second floor, with two other people. An additional toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The house is in a great location, within close walking distance of the train station and Mill Road with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. The city centre of Cambridge can be reached within 5 - 10 min by bike.

You will be sharing the house with 4 professionals (2 male and 2 female). We all get along well and engage in the occasional house BBQ or pub outing, but everyone also has their own life.

The house has a large kitchen, a living room and a washing machine. The kitchen comes with all the usual equipment including dishwasher and gas hob. There is also a nice garden, with a bike rack, shed and barbeque.

We are looking for a professional, no couples or students (sorry!). You should work normal hours, so please no night-shifts or irregular hours. No pets or smokers. You should be reasonably tidy, not afraid of a cleaning rota and happy to contribute toward making the house a nice home for everyone.
