The house was recently refurbished, it is clean and fully furnished, equipped with BT Infinity broadband and a TV.

There is a shared living room with a dining area, shared kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden. There is a parking space in the court, a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping bikes.

The tenants in the property are all professionals (2 females & 1 males) in late 20s to mid 30s. The house is quiet, there is a good atmosphere in the hose.

The rent is £440 per calendar month (all bills and taxes included ). There is also a one-off administrative fee of £100. There is no deposit.

Non-smoker, clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
