I have a double room available from 3rd Feb in my house in Harston. The house has an enormous kitchen, a beautiful garden which produces lots of fruit and is ideal for BBQ's in the summer, and a log stove in the living room. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. There are three existing tenants who work full time one of whom manages the house maintenance. The house is on a quiet close 10-15 mins drive (20-30 mins cycle) South West from central Cambridge and 15 mins to Addenbrooks. There are several nice pubs and restaurants in the village. For simplicity's sake all bills (exc telephone) are included in the rent. Applicants must be currently employed or doing postgraduate work and couples need not apply - sorry.
