One large double room available in friendly, professional house share. The room can be furnished to your requirements but currently has a double bed, a double wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers. The room comes with it's own private use shower room. The three existing tenants are easy going, sociable female professionals aged 25-34. They have expressed a strong preference for another female to join them.

Local amenities include a Supermarket, Greengrocers, Bakers, Butchers etc. The City Centre is within easy reach (20-25 mins by bus or cycle) and good access is offered to the A14/M11 and the Science & Business Parks. Lockable bike/storage sheds. Fully double glazed, gas central heating. I provide high speed wireless broadband. There is also a digital TV point in every room. I am a friendly full time private landlord who takes a great deal of pride in providing comfortable accommodation. ALL bills are included (gas, elec, water, council tax, TV licence, water, tv channels, broadband). I require references, 1 months rent as deposit and payment of rent is one month in advance.
