Double Room Riverside

We have a lovely, newly decorated and fully furnished double bedroom available in our relaxed Victorian family home in central Cambridge.

Our home is just a short walk from Anglia Ruskin University, the River Cam, Midsummer Common and the city centre, so it’s a great location for enjoying Cambridge without needing to rely on buses or long commutes.

A little about us-
We’re a friendly, female household – mum, two teenage daughters and Lois, our very loved dachshund!

We have a relaxed and welcoming home and would love to host someone who is looking for more than simply a room to rent. You’ll be made to feel part of the family while still having plenty of independence and your own space.

We enjoy having a comfortable, happy home where people can chat around the kitchen table, relax together or simply do their own thing. If you’re new to Cambridge or coming to the UK from overseas, we’re also very happy to help you settle in and find your feet.

Your room -
The room is a spacious, bright double bedroom which has recently been decorated and comes fully furnished with:

• Comfortable double bed
• Plenty of storage
• Desk and chair for studying or working
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• All bills included

You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom and dining areas with us and are very welcome to use the house as your home during your stay.

A brilliant Cambridge location -
Anglia Ruskin University is within easy walking distance, with Midsummer Common and the River Cam just around the corner. The city centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are also easily accessible.

Who would feel at home here? -
We think this would particularly suit a female international student, visiting student or young professional looking for a safe, friendly and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Cambridge.

Shorter stays of a few weeks or a few months are very welcome.

Most importantly, we’d like whoever stays with us to feel comfortable, relaxed and part of the family while they’re here.
