This lovely stylish room with a view across gardens is much larger than average (approx. 20 sq metres). It has a double bed, desk and chair, bookshelves, fitted wardrobe, storage and a modern ensuite.

There is no shared living room, but the well-equipped dining-kitchen is large with a table and 4 chairs, dishwasher and washing machine.
Small, sunny garden with space for a bike. All bedlinen and towels provided. Wifi and bills also included..

I'm looking for someone sociable and friendly who will enjoy a chat, occasionally cooking/eating together or watching a movie/tv, but who also values their own space - as I do. Clean and tidy is a definite must. No pets,
however cute they may be. Please note: I do not allow visitors.

IMPORTANT: this is my home, so I want to find the right lodger, not just any lodger, so please take the time to tell me about yourself, your interests, work or studies.
