Central Cambridge : a large, light, warm, comfortable bed sitting room to let on a ‪Monday to Friday‬ basis. A 3 or 4 night basis possible. Occupying the whole top floor, with windows looking over the Common to the north and the town to the south there is good storage, a large desk, a comfortable single bed, armchair, microwave, kettle and hair drier. The bathroom is to be shared with the female owner but the bathroom will be yours when you want it - I am retired, get up early and spend hours online before using it.

The 1840 house is 150m from Midsummer Common, 200m from the Grafton Centre and a 25 minute walk to the station. A very short walk to bus stops and the central bus station provides easy access to Addenbrookes, the Science and Business parks. There is a walled garden with a pond.

Bed linen and towels can be washed - but not ironed!

I am looking for a professional woman working in Cambridge who needs an agreeable quiet base through the week.

The rent is £650pm with a deposit of £650 for 5 nights a week, or 3 or 4 nights. All bills are included, with WiFi.
