The female tenant will ideally maintain the flat's cleanliness, keeping it to a high standard and be down to deal with any spiders that may decide they want to inhabit the flat (I'm terrified of them!). This room is let by SAB agency and Right to Rent/reference checks will be done by them to add you to the existing tenancy.
