En-suite and non-en-suite

Hi,

En-suite spacious furnished room is available now, for £750/month (bills inclusive). Couples have to pay £800 because of double use of water and energy.

Non-en-suite double furnished room for £700/month (bills inclusive). £650 for undergraduates.

I already have a male student from ARU, who has just come back from holiday, for his final year and had been a good lodger student for the last two years. Now looking for other females or males students to join us. Or professionals who don’t mind sharing with students/others. Easy going candidates🙏🏾

I feel also obliged to inform my candidates that, I don’t accept lodgers working shifts coming back home after midnight. For fear of disturbing my sleep, and that of others. Thank you 🙏🏾

I am a live in landlady, sharing my property with considerate future lodgers. So, peace and quietness is essential and appreciative.

The property is located within access to amenities, with walking distance to universities, shopping centres, city centre and the river Cam.
