Just off Hills Road (opposite Homerton College), we are 5 minutes walk to the railway station and the Cambridge Leisure complex, 15 minutes walk to town centre or Addenbrookes. House has small lounge, kitchen, downstairs and upstairs bathrooms and garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is furnished with raised double bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is loads of storage under bed too. You would share the bathroom with only 1 room as the other rooms have their own facilities. The house has all mod cons, as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, wired 350mB broadband in every room plus wireless. A cleaner comes round once a week. There are also 2 parking spots available on a first come first served basis and a secure bike store. Rent: £700 per month all-inclusive - no bills to pay!!
