Single Room at Cambridge

I am professional working in Cambridge and looking for a house mate to my nice and well-situated house in central Cambridge.

I am a respectful individual and looking for the same in the next persons.

The house is located in a beautiful spot where all the commodities are within 10 minutes of a short walk (Tesco superstore, Aldi, Starbucks, Asda, multiple gyms, etc). The river is also 5 minutes away so you can enjoy those walks along the river!

The room is furnished, comes with standard bed, mattress, wardrobe and a small desk. It is a cosy and comfortable room, with a nice window overlooking the back of the house and garden.

The garden is small but also nice, with chairs and option to have a nice BBQ in the summer. The entire house is furnished with a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom.

The room comes with all bills included and a fast WI-FI. I am ideally looking for professionals but students are also welcome on a person-by-person basis. You must be 18 years of age at minimum.

There is a spare closet which will be available for the roommate. The bathroom is shared. I have spare bikes to lend for free. The house has its own private parking space if needed.
