This is a flat in the centre of Cambridge. I’m the owner of the flat and have maintained the flat almost as new.
I’m looking for someone looking for a short term rental (Dec 14th - Jan 31st). The rental is for a room but you’ll have access to the whole flat as I will be away. Rent is kept low as I’ll kindly ask for help with the cat while I m away.
This might be suitable for a visiting academic or a researcher/student in between accommodation or just arriving and looking for a more permanent option.
Reach out for any questions.
