This is a lovely residential area in Central Cambridge. Walking Distance into town or to the Station. Tesco Express and Coop are walking distance, along with some restaurants.

A bike can be kept to the rear of the property, locked to the wall.

Room includes Double Bed with 4 under-bed drawers, Bedside Table with Light, Fitted Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Bookcase behind glass with glass shelves, small desk with chair.

Bedding can be provided if necessary.

The building comprises 2 flats (originally it was one house). The Flat is on the First Floor.

Shared bathroom and kitchen with Landlady, includes washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and gas hob/oven. Fridge is shared. One Drawer in freezer available to lodger. All crockery and cooking utensils are available for use as there isn't that much space. One cupboard available for lodger's dry food.

Living room is Landlady's space.

Bills are all included: Council Tax, Gas/Elec, Water, Wifi/Internet.

Looking for a professional who DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME during the week. Also happy with a postgraduate, as long as they are not working from home during the day (Mon-Fri).

Being close to the station, the room would also suit someone working in Cambridge from Monday to Friday.

Lodger must be pet friendly, as I have a small white fluffy dog🐶 who is quite nervous, but very friendly once he knows you. He is a hypoallergenic breed. My lodgers usually become smitten and one of my former lodgers sometimes comes up from London to pet sit, when I go away.

Over the years, I have lived with many lodgers (postgraduates and professionals), in various properties while bringing up my family, and I am pretty easy going.
