The house is close to Addenbrookes Hospital. It's a 10 min walk to the train station or 20 minute walk to the City Centre. There are good bus links from the Bus Station at the hospital.

Non-smokers only. Not suitable for Couples.

You need to be able to move in on or shortly after 7th August 2026

Deposit and References will be required from anyone taking the room and right to rent checks will be carried out as required by present legislation.
5 weeks deposit is required. Affordability checks are part of the reference checking process and the minimum salary requirement is approx £24k.
