Weekly cleaning of all bathrooms and common areas.

There are 8 bedrooms, 4 en suites and 2 other bathrooms, each shared by 2 people only.

Room 7 is a double room. It shares a large bathroom, next to the bedroom, with one other person. Situated on the second floor overlooking the front of the house. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, plenty of storage space, desk and chair. It is available from 1st November.

The house has a large garden, kitchen with dining table and chairs, oven, microwave, two fridge freezers and dishwasher, a separate utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. Large conservatory/tv room with sofas and tv.

All rooms are for single use only.

All bills, council tax, wifi (Virginmedia super fast broadband and tv) and cleaning of common areas and all bathrooms / en suites once a week are included in the rent.

The house is 1 minute walk from Aldi, Iceland, Coop, Chinese take away and Asian grocery shop, pharmacy and coffee shop . There are very good bus routes very close by. Easy access to motorway. 20 minutes walk to town centre and 15 minutes by bike to both Cambridge North train station and Cambridge Station.

Council Tax Band E. included in the rent.
