Rooftop City Centre Flat

Hi

Id like to introduce you to my rooftop city center flat in the heart of Cambridge. This will be available from 19th may and viewings can be booked from then onwards.

there is a large double room with built in wardrobes and French doors leading top rooftop balcony, bathroom including bath and over bath shower separate large lounge area but can be used as a second bedroom if a lounge is not really used, their is a separate kitchen with cooker washing machine and fridge available. we do not provide beds or mattresses or bedding due to hygiene reasons.

flooring throughout is carpets with vinyl to bathroom and kitchen.

transport links outside the property takes you to city centre areas in less than 5mins and direct links to Addenbrookes and biomedical campuses. walk into central town is 5mins. there is a large selection of pubs and shops as well as main supermarkets around the corner.

private parking is available at the property.

this is a second floor rooftop flat with 1 neighbour who is very quiet and friendly, no parties or smoking permitted at the property.
